Enter Episode 003 – Workout Episode #2.
Today…we do my take on a Pyramid Scheme Workout. Lots of exercises, no breaks, increasing and decreasing in time per exercise…what fun!
This workout was designed in a block of exercises. Choose to do the block 2-4 times, depending on how long you have to workout. I’ve talked you through two blocks of the workout, if you choose to do more, head on back to 04:38 to start at the beginning and get through it 1-2 more times!
Woop! Push yourself! You got this! This workout will take you between 15 – 30 minutes (not including warm-up and cool-down), depending on how many times you repeat the super, mega-fun blocks!
