Pushup
Heel Lift
Dead Bug
High Knees
Star Jump
Dips
Reverse Lunge
Duck & Weave
Burpees
Double Hook (2 hooks to one side, then switch, two hooks other side, then switch and on and on and on…)
Diagonal Lunge (similar to reverse lunge but step behind you on a diagonal)
Knee Drive
Plank Jack
Yoga Jump
Triceps Pushup (slide hands so they’re in line with your chest, keep elbows close to sides)
Squat Jump
Burpee Jack (burpee with a plank jack at the bottom)
Burpee with Pushup (burpee with a pushup at the bottom)
Now…get to work! Off you go!!
