We’re back to cardio for our 5th day of my Five & Thrive challenge, baby! Why? Because! Your little heart needs a good 5-minute blast of fun and joy. Ha! Are you having fun yet?!
I must say that my Fueled Lifers are killing this challenge! It’s really fun to watch you all complete the challenge and support one another. I adore it. If you’re not a part of Fueled Life – erm…do it!
Now…where were we? Oh yes…today’s 5-minute workout! Cardio, cardio, cardio. Gimme all you got for 5 minutes. Push so hard that at the end of 5 minutes you’re grateful it was only 5 minutes! Effort, effort, effort for this one today!

There are many modifications you can make to these exercises and I review a few on them in the how-to video below. Choose the level that works for your body and compare to no one else. Your body, your workout…you do you and what is best for yourself.
As always, you can string all the 5-minute workouts from days 1 through 5 together and have a bombass 25-minute full-body workout.
