Well…my definition of fun, anyway!
5 minutes of glorious exercise. You have it in you, I know you do! So get to work and let’s finish super duper strong for this week-long challenge!

What’s a cross drop, you ask?! Only one of my newest favorite moves to sprinkle into my workouts. Check out the video below for a quick how-to for all of the exercises listed for Day 7.
Alright, it’s time to finish strong! AND, if you’re really wanting to challenge yourself, string together all 7 days for a bombass 35-minute workout. To make it easy on you here are all the links for each day:

As always, there are a few ways for you to “enjoy” this mini workouts. You can listen to my podcast, Dig Deep with Dr. Lindsay Gee (Available on iTunes and Stitcher radio) by clicking the play button above. OR, you can save the graphic to your phone/tablet, set a times and get through the list of exercises as many times as possible.
You do this challenge however you want to today! 5 minutes? Great! 20 minutes (just string 4 days together)? Fabulous! The full 35 minutes? Woop! You do what you can handle today.
Just get it done!
