I absolutely love bands. They’re little, you can take them ANYWHERE and they are super sneaky, sneaky. For you today, I put together this short 15-minute upper body workout for your sweating pleasure. If you don’t have a band you can head on out to your local Walmart, fitness store or physiotherapy office and they’ll hook you up. For minimal cost! YAS!
The Workout
Alrighty, my lovelies. This workout is made of up 15 exercises. You complete each exercise with a full range of motion for 45 seconds, then you’re going to pulse for 10 seconds and “rest” for 5. To be honest, that 5 seconds is just a transition to the next exercise. Love me still? Wink, wink.
