Without further delay, here’s the 4th workout in my 30x30x3 Workout Series. For this workout, we’re going to focus on your core. How fun! Complete this workout for a quick 12-minute burn, or put all 4 workouts together (upper body, lower body, cardio and core) and give yourself a seriously bombass full-body all-systems 48-minute workout.
Fun, fun, fun!
The Workout:
4 blocks of exercises.
2 exercises per block.
Perform each exercise in one block for 30 seconds.
Repeat the block 2 more times.
That equals 3 minutes
Rest 30 seconds
Move on to the next block and repeat the above until all blocks are complete.
