Day SIX and I’m sneakin’ tricks. See…still a rhyming supa-staaaar! BAM! #howwedo
Moving on…I’m writing Day 6 early in the day because it’s Sunday and I really, really, really am hoping to logoff shortly and enjoy this beautiful day with friends and family. Day 6 is Metabolic Workout #3 and I do love this workout.
HOWEVER, I am a person that needs to workout in the morning. If I don’t get it done first thing, I KNOW it just won’t get done. Life gets in the way. But today, I get to go enjoy a 5k run with a friend at the Goddess Run, so my Metabolic Workout is going to have to wait. And…the question is…will I actually get it done? Of this, I’m not sure. C’mon Torch…bring it…I own you.
My friend asked if I could run a 5k race with her because her daughter injured herself and couldn’t run it. I’m alway very honoured when someone asks me to run a race with them, so of course I said YES! So, I’m lacing up my sneaks and going to head out shortly to get my friend through her race. It’ll be super fun…I loves me my running!
But okay, okay…if I write it down, maybe I’ll commit to getting Metabolic Workout #3 done. It is a fabulous workout…and fast…so…I really should do it, right? I should. I know. Right? Don’t slack, Lindsay…just get it done later. You can do it. Yes, you can.
Nutrition-wise…I’m in the zone. Feeling good, feeling strong. Made some yummy snacks yesterday to curb my sweet tooth and am going to rock today’s nutrition too.
The big questions I’m sure your all dyyyyying to know…Did I manage to not have wine yesterday? YUP! Sure did. I poured my Dasani Berry Sparkling water into a wine glass, threw in some frozen berries and enjoyed the heck out of it.
Yummmmmm! Alrighty Mamas, I’ve committed to getting Metabolic Workout #3 done later today, I WILL do it. DAMMIT I WILL. C’mon Lindsay…you can do this. You’ll do it….??…!!!
