The Make a Plan calls are your best solution if you already have a fitness program and/or business you love and already have a bit of a routine, but you want to ensure you’re working out enough days or doing the right classes to achieve your goals.
If you have NO IDEA what your fitness program should look like (or have some ideas, but you’re just not sure)…you need to upgrade to a package deal. This is the whole she-bang. We’ll have the initial consult and then I will create a program personalized just for you, including all workouts.
