Rumor has it that y’all are loving the box workouts! I’ve had numerous requests for another box workout podcast and you know how I love to make you happy! So, here you go! Woop!
This is a 20-minute workout podcast that can easily be made into a 40-minute workout simply by, well, doing the podcast twice!
Lots of box moves, lots of sweat and oh so much fun!
